Why can't I see private notes?
Notes are written by care staff for clinical context. Families see scores, streaks, and trends — never private notes.
How are mood scores collected?
Your loved one checks in via the Zeitora companion. Staff may assist if needed.
Can I add a memory or photo?
Memory contributions arrive in Phase 2. You'll be able to upload photos and short stories for the care team to review.
